When your condition says…

DECODED
…prior to the issue of a Construction Certificate, a Construction Traffic Management Plan shall be submitted to and approved by Council…

You need this service — and timing matters. The CTMP must clear council before your CC. Send the consent and we will scope it same day so it never holds up the certificate.

…including a Construction Pedestrian and Traffic Management Plan detailing the measures to maintain pedestrian access…

CTMP plus pedestrian plan. One document, both requirements, structured so the assessing officer can tick each element of the condition.

Common questions

FROM THE FULL FAQ
What is the difference between a CTMP and a TGS?

The CTMP is the report — staging, haulage routes, vehicle types, hours and work zone arrangements for the whole build. A traffic guidance scheme is the drawing showing how signs and devices are set out for a specific work activity. Conditions often require both; send us the wording and we will tell you exactly what yours asks for.

Council knocked back the CTMP another consultant wrote. Can you fix it?

Yes. We respond point by point to the assessing officer’s actual concerns, whether or not the original plan was ours. Where the original work stands, we say so. Where it does not, we fix it.
